Our History
Founded in 1959, AdvisorNet has almost 60 years in the insurance business. We started as a Career General Agency with one insurance company, five insurance agents and one staff person. In the 1990s we moved away from the Career Agency model, added new companies and transitioned into a full service independent Brokerage General Agency. In 2006, we expanded our insurance company and product offerings by joining one of the largest insurance marketing organizations in the country. This allows AdvisorNet to objectively offer a large and competitive mix of insurance companies while maintaining our uniquely independent culture. Today, we have an office of 17 dedicated staff and we operate in all 50 states supporting a network of hundreds of independent financial professionals and tens of thousands of clients.
What We Do
We partner with financial professionals nationwide including independent Financial Advisors, Insurance Agents, Accountants, Attorneys and directly with individual clients and businesses. We strive to achieve the best possible solution based on individual circumstances by providing expert advice on company and product selection, underwriting and administrative support, negotiations and ongoing inforce support.
